Jednostki:
Base: This is a single base that holds one or more models according to its type.
Compact Group: This is a group of two or more bases that act together and perform the same Order.
Unit: This term refers to either a single base or a compact group (with more than one base). This is the element that performs an Order.
Army: This is a term to identify all of the units that you have on the battlefield.

Przykłady:
A War Chariot unit is on a single base.
A unit of Legionaries is shown by a single base.
A unit of Greek Hoplites always comprises two bases and so is considered a compact group.
A unit of Macedonian Phalangites always comprises two basesand so is considered a compact group.
A unit of Gallic Warriors can comprise one or two base, in the latter case it is considered a compact group.

Ciężka piechota: This is an organised unit in tight order, where each man fights alongside his companions, like the Greek Phalanx or Roman Legionaries. A Heavy Infantry base measures 80x40mm and has eight infantry on it. These troops always get a -5cm movement penalty and are automatically disorderedwhen crossing broken ground, when in woods or when climbing over any sort of linear obstacle.

Średnia piechota:This is an organised unit in close order, and sometimes they have Missile weapons or Thrown weapons. A Medium Infantry base measures 80x40mm and has eight infantry on it. These troops are automatically disordered when crossing broken ground, when in woods or when climbing over any sort of linear obstacle.

Lekka piechota: This is an organised unit in open order, and sometimes they have Missile weapons or Thrown weapons. A Light Infantry base measures 80x40mm and has six/eight infantry on it. These troops always get a +5cm movement bonus.
Podobną ilość figurek i wielkość bazy mają oddziały strzeleckie :)

Skirmishers:
These are organised infantry in extremely open order, such as Slingers. They nearly always have Missile weapons or Thrown weapons. A Foot Skirmisher base measures 80x20mm and has four men on it. These troops always get a +5cm movement bonus and only subtract 1d3cm (not 1d6) when crossing broken ground, when in woods or when climbing over any sort of linear obstacle (where they are not disordered).

Ciężka kawaleria: This is an organised mounted unit that is heavily armoured, where the cavalry fight closely with their companions, like the Cataphracts. A Heavy Cavalry
base measures 80x40mm (or 75x50mm) and has three mounted models on it. They always have a -5cm movement penalty and are automatically disordered when crossing broken ground, when in woods or when crossing any sort of linear obstacle.

Medium Cavalry:
This is an organised mounted unit in open order, like Greek Cavalry. Sometimes they have Missile weapons. A Medium Cavalry base measures 80x40mm (or 75x50mm) and has three
mounted models on it
. They are automatically disordered when crossing broken ground, in woods or when crossing any sort of linear obstacle.
