Natomiast moje pytanie brzmi - czy ta operacja nie nazywała się "Downwood"? Z taka nazwą spotkałem się w książce. W internecie występuje natomiast pod hasłem "Chastise". Czy ktoś jest w stanie to wyjaśnić zrozumiale?

Operation Downwood - is a redirect to Operation Chastise (The Dambusters raid). But it's an incorrect redirect. For some reason long ago someone on Wikipedia said that the Dambusters raid was called Operation Downwood; but it wasn't and has never been called that. The mistake remained in Wikipedia for more than a year, before someone noticed and moved the page. To spytam inaczej. Była w ogóle taka operacja o takim kryptonimie? W necie głucho. Skąd w takim razie pojawiła się ta nazwa?
