Kiedy już upgrade pack będzie gotowy, GMT przyśle do mnie zestawy "naprawcze" i będzie możne u mnie odebrać.
Tylko jeszcze nie są one gotowe i nie uzyskałem informacji, kiedy to nastąpi. Dadzą znać.

No właśnie mają jakiś problem. Ciągle trwają rozmowy co i jak poprawić.
Niestety zespół naprawczy nie dał jasnej odpowiedzi na moje maile czy zrobią coś z bitwą. Ale raczej nie.

Andy Lewis has made some progress on proofing the final component updates for Won by the Sword. For details, check the
Won by the Sword topic on Consimworld. Andy has several posts and final card proofs starting at message 1411.
As soon as the proofing is finished, we'll get it all out to the printers and back to you guys. Sorry for the long wait on this one. Looks like we're almost finished now.

Karty chyba wreszcie skończyli.
Niestety Andy zabiera się za przepisy, tabele i playbook'a dopiero teraz. Więc to jeszcze potrwa.
Poza tym przyjął za punkt wyjściowy, że mimo narzekań graczy na system - niczego nie zmienia, a jedynie czyści błędy.
Zobaczymy.
Jakoś mi ręce opadają jak można tak się zbłaźnić jak GMT. Żałuję, że się pospieszyłem z zakupem tego [...].

Won by the Sword Update
It looks like we're gettting close to being able to release the Updates and Corrections for Won by the Sword. I don't have a final date for you yet, but here's where we are at present:
Andy Lewis has finished all the proofing on counters and cards. We have the counters in our warehouse. The cards are at the printer now; we expect them in-house in a couple of weeks.
Andy and Tony are meeting at WBC this week to finalize timing and plans for reprinting the rulebook and the playbook. Once that's done, we'll be ready to ship the complete update out to all of you who own the game.
As soon as I hear back from Tony on what he and Andy decide on printing the books, I'll post on the website, CSW, and on our social media outlets to let you guys know how it looks for a ship date.
Thanks for your patience with us on this one guys. It took us a long time, but I think we got it right. And this is a really cool system for 30YW Operations. I hope, with the new components, that you guys will have a blast with it.
Nie chcą mieć zalewu zwrotów. Jakby zmienili zasady to mielibyśmy prawo odesłać grę pod hasłem, że nie taką zamawialiśmy.
A tak będziemy mieli pudełko w domu. Z kurzem.

Uprade pack do WbtS powinien być w styczniu. Ostatnie wieści z GMT:
"As I mentioned in a previous update, we have the updated cards and counters in the warehouse. Those are the two big pieces to the update kit we will provide. I just checked with Mark Simonitch on the rules and playbook updates today (we're transitioning the project to our final layout folks now), and he told me they should have these finished for the printer in December, which should put them back in our warehouse and ready to assemble and ship in January. I'll get you more exact times once we have the books on the way to us from the printers.
Really sorry this one's taken so long, guys. There's a very cool game underneath the blemishes of initial production issues, so I hope you guys will put WbtS back out on your game tables and check it out when you get the update kit."

FortGier - GMT liczy, że krzykniemy huraaa?
Nie.
Problem w tym, że gra jest nudna. I żaden pack tego nie zmieni.
Ale jak przyślą to przyjmę dar Braci z USA. I oczywiście przetestuję łapiąc jakiegoś biedaka na partnera.
Może się zdarzy cud?

W tym tygodniu wreszcie GMT miało je zacząć rozsyłać, więc za bardzo jeszcze nie było jak je przetestować.

leliwa - nie znam milszego towarzysza dla "trudnych" gier niż Ty. Bo w razie czego umilisz czas ciekawą gawędą, jakimś wtrętem historycznym, anegdotą czy krótkim życiorysem bohatera historycznego.
I nawet Won by the Sword nie jest wtedy straszne.
Poza tym w porównaniu z komputerową nudą AGEOD gra Hulla jakoś mniej mnie odstrasza.

Dostałem w końcu nowe karty, książeczki i karty pomocy.
Rozłożyłem samotnie grę i... padłem. Chyba przez upał.
Liczenie punktów stepów armii przed ruchem zabójcze. I jeszcze trzeba pamiętać, że zaopatrzenie to podwojone punkty.
W pierwszym scenariuszu nieszczęsne 3 pułki bawarskie stoją samotnie za linią nieprzyjaciela. Pytanie czy Horn będzie miał dobrą kartę. Miał. Zaskoczył Bawarów i ich zanihilował.
Oczywiście cesarscy nie mieli ani jednej karty Posiłków. Szwedzi mieli trzy.
Zwinąłem tę grę.
Nuda panie. A może upał?

Też dostałem wszystkie materiały "revised 2016" - duży szacunek dla Wydawcy (i FortGier przy okazji). Chętnie bym przetestował, ale czy znajdzie się chętny?
